At Beauty Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
