Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Beauty Creations is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or swatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team.
